Delivery took about 15 days. It was slow and the delivery information was not provided accurately. There doesn't seem to be any major issues with the product. There are no initial defects. The temperature may vary slightly depending on the individual, but it's a bit hot. The lowest setting seems to be appropriate. It seems like you can use it for hot compresses on other areas besides the eyes.

Among the heated eye masks sold on Ali, this product has the best temperature. No low-temperature burns or anything like that. The eye mask needs to be slightly sticky to determine whether it's eye oil or a grease leak, but domestic products claim to be between 49-55 degrees. However, when using the eye mask, considering heat loss, the temperature that touches the eyes is around 40 degrees. This product has a really good heating function that feels like eye oil is melting. The vibration function is not necessary... the temperature is the key, and it blocks 99% of light, allowing for a good night's sleep. There's a 15-minute timer which is nice... However, since the cover may become stained by blankets or pillowcases, wash the cover once after purchase or rinse it once with warm salt water.

Very soft comfortable material. the default medium temperature seems plenty warm enough. the removable cover is a good design feature.

The heating function is good, but when it first arrives, it has a strong squid smell, so you should vacuum it first.

It's not bad at all; the price is reasonable and I think it's worth recommending.
However, the charging time is a bit short, so you need to charge it after using it about half the time.

It's sticky, so using it every day is good for my eyes. I'm satisfied, but I have to charge the battery frequently. Still, it's the best value for money.

But the electric sound is annoying.

Please hand wash the outer cover with wool shampoo as soon as it arrives.
A lot of black water is coming out.
