The middle part heats up, it feels like a slight current is passing through the body but you can feel it; I'm not sure if that's really its function. Other than that, it doesn't vibrate or anything like that.

The product is new... Just received the package. When turned on, there are two modes: sleep and wake-up. When the sleep mode is activated, the higher the number in the modes, the stronger the tingling sensation in the palm caused by the microcurrent.
