All perfect, it works very well
It came in quick and works amazingly! it wont beat the expensive ultra high quality microscopes but it works good enough. did a teardown and it seems to be a real sony imx sensor. there is also a uart inside which i probed and found ouf that it runs on an mstar soc and runs embedded linux and even the linux os itself detects the sensor as imx307 so the sensor and quality is real. i do hope the gpl'ed software and maybe a firmware update file will be released, but hats off to the manufacturer for providing a quality product on aliexpress!

The one with the microscope we get is bulkier and heavier.
The one on the LED lamp is more delicate and I think it would adjust itself.

Works well for the price. Great for inspection, or micro soldering.
- hdmi output is 1080p@60fps. With an hdmi to usb adapter, this works very well in obs studio or webcam source for conference calls.
- 4k video recording is possible to a micro sd card, in mov format. No 4k over hdmi.
- ring light powers off mains voltage (eu plug). Would be better if this was usb-c.
- ring light has quite a bit of reflection off the board, but this can be solved by having the camera at an angle of the board.
- zoom is controlled by adjusting the height of the camera, then focus is adjusted by turning the lens.
- maximum working area(camera high) is roughly ~60x35mm. And highest zoom is ~28x15mm working area. (see images)
The quality of the image is better than expected in this price range. for hobbist it’s a really good value. only some small annoying things: a dedicated switch for the camera would be nice to turn off. the power supply should be the same for the led ring and the device. different lens options to buy would be nice.

I am satisfied. I think that for this price it's a great microscope. I have no comparison with other microscopes because this is my first one. But it's suitable for SMD electronics 🙂 fast shipping. I received it after just a few days. Well protected with foam. Contact with the manufacturer was also no problem. They responded within a few hours.
Good product, fast delivery, good packaging. the stand is very robust, not shaking too much. the microscope lens has sufficient magnification for smd soldering and repair work, with lots of working area under it. the camera is nice too, metal case, intuitive menus in english, and satisfying image quality (doesn't seem to be the advertised 48 mp, but still satisfying for that price). the only problem might be the digital image stabilization of some sort, which sometimes looks weird when things move, but it's not noticeable for static images. there was a factory defect (the glass piece covering the sensor was loose), but the shop compensated me for it, and they even sent me a video tutorial on how to fix it, so overall i'm satisfied and i would recommend this seller and this product.
