Worth ever penny fast a++++

I'm very happy with this sv08! I needed a tall printer and i don't trust my sv06+ to keep the tall prints stuck to the bed when slinging around. This printer is up to 4x faster than the sv06+ if pushed (depending on filament), and it prints noticeably better! The "taco bed" isn't too bad. Mine came in 0.268mm in default full bed probe.



The 5020 front part cooler fan is loud, enough for my wife to complain about it. Adjust fan speed to quiet it down a bit. I quickly replaced tiny fan over the controller board underneath. I found a good printables and installed the winsinn 8010 ball bearing fan, a huge (quiet) upgrade along with appropriate printer.cfg pwm code. Also installed the second 8010 fan over the mosfets using a simple modified plate design off the original github and plugged into available pa6 port. Very fast 2-day shipping, already in the us.

So far this printer is freaking awesome! I had zero issues setting up. I am very excited to use this printer.

It works wonderfully. Assembly was not difficult and it works perfectly from the first impression. Plus, it's very fast.

Better than i expected out of the box, amazing printer and i'm excited to upgrade it. It also arrived quickly and with the most recent firmware already (less than a month old).

The printer arrived quite quickly, even a day earlier. Assembly was quite simple. Only the print bed doesn't seem to be that good yet. Had to try and adjust a lot. This batch already has the spring-mounted print bed, but still the heatmaps don't look that good. But it's something to work with. Will soon buy some upgrade items and especially install the right clipper. Otherwise, the first test print looked really good.

Great build quality, easy to set up. There are some instances where the instructions could be more clear, but plenty of build videos on the internet to help you through.

Arrived quickly, item of very good manufacturing quality, not yet tested to date.
Beautiful and large perspective printing

Delivery in 4 days, very satisfied with this printer, easy assembly, same for setup. The first impressions of calibrations come out very nice already without having completed the full calibration process.

Fantastic voron clone. Really easy to put together. Only real gripe is the led light control not working. Also fan 2 not operating which is required for the enclosure upgrade.
Store brilliant though, have sent a new main board which is currently in transit.

Great printer - especially for the price. The bed probe could be a bit better at handling temperatures, but letting it preheat before starting a print seems to fix that good enough. Just a bit sad, that the klipper version isn't the normal one and cannot be updated as easily.

Sovol has always taken care of me. Was not sure about buying through here over their website as i have in the past. However, after receiving a box with some damage i messaged them. They assured me they would make everything right if anything went wrong. They have always messaged my emails back off of this platform, and now have on this platform. You can trust these guys. They have sent me code corrections and buildplates for mishaps on a pre-ordered unit. I will buy from sovol again.

Printer is easy to assemble with clear instructions, just read each step beforehand to make sure you understand what is needed. To sovol i would suggest getting a native english speaker to double check the instructions for clarity.

After power on the printer calibrated itself quickly and all appears to be working as expected.

This printer was bought as a project to upgrade with custom software, enclosure and ultimately a bondtech indx system.

The printer prints PLA very well, but unfortunately it can't handle large ABS parts; here you need to get a housing and also use adhesive glue.

The printer arrived quickly and securely packaged. After a quick and uncomplicated setup, I was able to start printing immediately. The default profiles are only rudimentary and need to be adjusted to the specific filament. Otherwise, it's a nice, stable, and fast printer.
