# Everything is fine, they were received today, Thursday, January 8th, it was marked as delivered, however, I had not received it. It was tracked with the parcel carrier, delivered to the wrong address, it was retrieved and I finally received it. I filed a request for an adjustment and refund, but now it's closed. I repeat, everything is okay.

The knee massager is fantastic as i've used it each day since having the delivery and its working well. I used it on the next heat setting and it got hot, but another day i used it on bare skin, which wasn't a good idea as my skin got to extremely hot.
The manual says not too run the unit flat, so after each couple of days i recharge using another c type that limits the charge period, so it doesn't over charge the battery.
