worked immediately out of the box. Paired with a GTX 1070 it scores about 6200 combined on Timespy at 1080p. Be aware the m.2 slot is NVME only. It does not support m.2 SATA drives.

cooler installation is a bit tricky. Many coolers that advertise 2011 support do not work, because the holes are covered by the glued on backplate. I was able to fit a Coolermaster Hyper 212 by swapping the AMD mounting screws onto the Intel brackets.

Make a mini build and try some 4 sticks of ECC memory and I took the surprise that it shows quad-channel, normally when they use another chipset you only get dual but with this one I have the full potential

This combo works great out the box and was a solid pick for a ddr4 budget build! needed a 2011 cpu cooler which wasn’t hard to find and got a solid gaming pc created

Just pay attention that the motherboard is 8 pins.

Ok it's bios is a tad strange ( loads of settings which I have no idea about) but it worked well even with the ddr4 128GB 2667 ecc memory. The 90 watts cpu meant that my cooler and cpu were still ok from my old x79 mb machine. The motherboard had ok instructions , the ssd / data boot jumpers are strange but work ... yeah I would buy another if I needed to .
