Easy to install, but requires previous experience with locks. Instructions skip step one to install latch lock assembly in door. Also requires very tiny phillips screwdriver to fit thru holes in lock handle. Easy app to download and use.

Im thinking of ordering another set.. very happy with the product so far.. I've not yet put it onto my door but ive definitely hooked it up, downloaded the app, and played around with it for quite a bit to figure it out.. yet so far it doesn't disappoint.. as of right now it's most definitely a buy again item.. I'll check back a few days after it's fully put together & setup if the update changes.. "a must bbuy"

I love this door knob.it will be very usable for me.i haven't been able to completely install it yet.installation is a little bit more difficult than a normal door knob , but will be installing it later today

The knob works as described. The quality is as to be expected for the price, but the biometric reader and keypad work fine so far. The shipping from this u.s. location to my u.s. address was as slow as if i had ordered from china direct.
