Crystal Clear 4K Dash Cam - Fleet Use

This is my honest review. Had an issue with apple car play is not working. Their first respond was asking to send the unit back to them and get a refund. After I refuse to do that because it costs me my money and time to send it back. So they went with troubleshooting. After many days of unsuccessful troubleshooting and firmware updates (Which requires basic knowledge of how to do a firmware flash of a device) finally they decided to send me a replacement motherboard which require a basic soldering techniques. The communication was vague/rude and I was treated like I’ve done something wrong. I disappointed with their communication but after the motherboard change the system is working fine now and it is great. I wanted to add this comment for everyone if they face the same issue like I did.

It took about 10 days to ship. The goods arrived well, and it's a car without a nebihood car.

I would place a 2-3 star review, but item is cheap enough to close eyes on bad points.
Good:
- Responsive. It has lag, but not much
- Cheapest option with two cameras on the market
- Easy to understand and good looking interface
- Good camera quality and good enough settings for them
- Screen is bright (it is brighter than on photos) and CAN be dimmed (some alternatives have no brightness setting)
- Description and manual are thorough and understandable

Bad:
- The leg broke immediately after I tried to tilt the screen (Yes, I removed the screw and yes, I was not using much force). It is made out of plastic with small metal rod inside. Of course the rod would not break. but plastic around will
- Cable is rather bulky, it is easy to notice and hard to hide after installation. However, I would prefer this design rather having a lot of inputs and cables coming from the screen on the side

I was worried before I came, but it's going incredibly well. The boot is fast and the picture quality is good. I have an option with a rear camera and I have installed it, but it is parking so comfortable. I don't have any weight. Be sure to buy it!

The Android OTU connection is good, and both the language settings and the feeling of use are good.

The picture quality is satisfactory overall. The screen brightness needs to be adjusted manually, but it provides a clear display. The 2024 K2 10.26" Dash Cam 4K 2160P Rearview Camera Carplay & Android Auto GPS Navigation with Voice Control Car DVR BT FM Monitor is as described. The only challenge is that the boot up takes a bit long but it is okay. I had a previous device from a different manufacturer and the boot up was quite fast despite being over 2 years old. The FM transmitter is also weak so I am thinking of fixing the AUX port on the car stereo to get better sound.
Finally, the camera looks good but I am yet too check the recordings.
