I was really worried about getting scammed especially with the reviews of previous buyers never getting their item, communication problems, or not getting a refund. i’m a broke college student so i was hella nervous committing to my order as it was $400. however i got my item 3 days after ordering with everything perfectly sealed and working. even though i got my item, i would recommend future buyers to purchase through a card that has a strong protection mechanism.

The camera arrived sealed, the box is original, not damaged, complete set, everything works perfectly, connects to the DJI account without any problems. Yes, there is an issue with the Chinese language when first turning it on, but by swiping the screen from top to bottom and selecting the gear icon, then selecting the planet icon, you can easily change it to English or any other language.

If you’re thinking about ordering anything from the shop, don’t order nothing i ordered a camera from this seller and i have not received my camera to this day. I have contacted the seller about getting a refund and still to no avail, i tried to request a refund from aliexpress and i’m still not able to get my refund. I even submitted an appeal and still to no avail. Am not getting my refund and i spent over $400 on getting a camera and not only did i not get my camera. I’m also not getting my money back so if you’re thinking of ordering anything from the store, don’t do it. If anything report this store. All i wanted was my camera or my money back and i’m even able to get any of them.
