Carry your gym everywhere. This Portable Resistance Band Set replaces dead space with intelligent Progressive Resistance, delivering a complete Full-Body Workout on planes, in hotels, or at home. Built for travelers and minimalists, it scales tension across five color-coded tubes from 10 to 30 lb. Attach the 1.2 m ropes to doorframes, grip the reinforced handles, and secure the anti-slip cuffs for explosive rows, overhead presses, and deep squats. Everything compresses into a pocket-sized pouch that survives transit shakes. Train continuously.
Smart Living: Full-Body Travel Band Set for Travelers is an 11-piece portable resistance kit with five color bands (10–30 lb), 2 handles, ankle straps, chest expander, and a compact bag for full-body workouts anywhere.

Very good in quality price ratio
Very fast and very fast shipping, I arrive very well my recommended order at 100%
In general it is a good set of resistance bands. The density of the bands did turn out to be lower than I thought but they fulfill their function. Really is not a product to increase the strength of someone experimenting, but it is a good complement to training specific muscles. For this low price you get a functional product itself. As a personal opinion, I consider that when using it, it is necessary to avoid at all costs the friction of the bands on rough surfaces; But above all, read the instructions well and use the product with the greatest possible safety. On the other hand, perhaps to obtain better results in men's training, it would be convenient to buy two sets of this product from the beginning. Works, not bad.
set arrived packed in a nice black bag. Will try them for exercise although I could tell theyre not gonna put much resistance
awesome product i like it
Item received in very good condition. All accessories included. Looks in good conditions of use.
Excellent is what I asked only need to prove it.
They look very functional although their materials look simple, the thickness of each league is the same, in addition the garters are tubular and the color is only aesthetic; the more leagues you occupy the more resistance you will have in your physical exercises. The accessories are sponge and with the brochure of the different postures that you can adopt for physical exercises you can make the most of these resistance leagues.
I hope they last long enough.
👌👌 7 day shipping , came with 10 pieces 👌all bands all handles all ankle straps, about to test it out.
Apparently an excellent product recommend.
As shown in the photo, one of the hand handles is missing.
Great product for physiotherapy and light exercises.
Arrived as is, after 3 weeks. I would only need to try but for now everything is fine.

A simple and good equipment for exercising at home also has an instruction of examples on how to use your computer.
I recommend it.
The product is good is not what promises but it works since with all the leagues together if you feel tension in the muscle good product
Came super fast😃, I have not used them but they look good, for the price if it is a good option🙌🏻The seller is reliable... Then I will comment to see how the resistance is🤘🏻
