I am satisfied with the support. It holds my tablet securely and it doesn't fall. But, in the sales image it gave the impression that the cable was longer. When I have stretched it completely, I don't have the distance or height that I would like for my face. It's not shown in the photo, but it needs to have a position to maintain the tension of the cable. On the contrary, it is very close to the face. If the cable had one more turn, instead of 1 or 2 turns, it would maintain better tension and the appropriate distance from the tablet to the face. This is the reason why I gave it 4 stars. Sometimes, the sales photos are misleading.

Very good, durable product, although the only issue I find is that it is extremely rigid. I'm not sure if it's because I don't have much strength, but it's difficult to unscrew. The positive side of that is that it holds the phone very well.
