Q: Does this lock work without internet?
A: Yes. This device runs locally via Bluetooth for fingerprints, codes, and mechanical keys you rely on. Internet access requires purchasing a separate gateway.
Q: Can I control it with Alexa or Google?
A: Remote voice commands demand a compatible Tuya Bluetooth gateway you buy separately. Direct Bluetooth pairing does not connect to assistants locally.
