I'm in scotland, the drone arrived two days after purchase from a uk depot. On opening everything was in perfect condition. Registration on the potensic website via the app took seconds, serial number was valid. Upgraded the firmware to v25 with no issues. I've attached two images taken with the drone.

I am a beginner but very good. Less good must have Google services or to transfer the connection with the command and maybe for the flight itself. I have a Huawei phone and had to do tricks on the phone to access the services. I communicated this to Potensic customer service, but they only responded regarding the general issue, not about the Huawei phone. That's why they are on their own. The seller is decent, shipping is very fast, maybe the fastest so far. It's a shame it only went to a DHL station and not directly to my home. Don't forget to send a compatible micro SD card or you won't be able to record any photos. When changing propellers, it should be more explicit that there are marks for their location.
