Q: Why does shipping cost extra?
A: We ship products at wholesale pricing through registered postal networks. Sellers pay strict customs documentation fees to logistics partners. This ensures tracked delivery straight to your driveway.
Q: What happens if my unit arrives damaged?
A: Photograph visible defects immediately upon unboxing. Submit clear images directly to our support portal. Our team reviews evidence rapidly and processes replacements promptly.
Q: Is there warranty coverage?
A: Standard policy covers manufacturing flaws for six months. Human misuse voids automatic exchange privileges. Keep original packaging handy during transit windows.
Q: Can I adjust brightness manually?
A: The mobile interface offers infinite dimming steps. Hardware sliders remain unavailable outside the digital menu.
Q: Does rain affect performance?
A: The IP67 casing seals internal circuitry completely. Moisture never penetrates the soft glue exterior coating.

Flexible EL Wire Lights With App Control Ambient Atmosphere Strip Light Decorative Lamps 12V Car Interior Neon RGB Led Strip
Great system, connected to the phone with a great app, but as soon as the fiber is too tight or at an angle that's too steep, the light stops. Also, I had to connect it to a power bank because after plugging it into the cigarette lighter, it immediately started to heat up.
The package arrived in good condition, I really liked the product, just need to install it.
packaging completely destroyed as seen in the photos
