No problems with the transaction at all. It all went well. The inflatable neck stretcher also works and is very useful as a portable device, particularly useful for travel when a larger mechanical traction device adds weight and bulk to one’s luggage. My only criticism is that the two straps that tie the two sides together at the front can make wearing the device uncomfortable where it touches the wearer’s neck. The hook and loop fastening, particularly the coarse part (the loop sections) rub against the wearer’s neck and can make it sore. I would advise anyone considering one of these to wear some kind of this neck-tube as a protective collar to prevent the fastenings from making the neck sore. It’s the only downside of this particular item and i think that heavy duty press studs, like those on winter coats, would be better that hook and loop fastenings.

It doesn't do anything for me personally, maybe my injury is not the same as someone else's or I don't know how to use it.
