great item, replaced one I had in for 5 years as was wearing down. I used a flexi pipe to connect to plumbing. check water before electrics. also the sides screw off on these things so ensure they are good and tight before putting water through.
acceptable temp to see on device display is up to 60°c, however this appears element temperature, rather than water temperature. would estimate water temp is 12°c less than display would show.
this has improved flow and heating as opposed to one it replaced.
