A good sensor does work with home assistant using zha but you can't set a range or sensitivity. I hope that becomes available in the future.

The device itself works very well and setting it up in my ZigBee router was easy enough, where it leaves lots to be desired is in its software so fingers crossed at least most pressing issues are fixed in future updates. In the first photo one can see the app's main screen was designed for a narrower screen aspect ratio so the settings button gets cut and is nearly inaccessible on my tablet's 10:16 screen. Device also can't connect to Google Home, there's only Alexa listed in third party device control options. It's a shame, because one can see they had planned a much broader support and some software features are really nice, like the environment presets in the Quick Setup screen. But on the other hand, a lot of it's features are very poorly documented, remain unconnected with third party home automation apps and are as such of little use. Luckily, it's an inexpensive gadget and the hardware aspect of it works very well.

I connected with the Ssing Station and the JGby and installed the edge driver, so it worked normally.
The Tuya Herb and also test is normal and the human body is well detected.

The durability should be tested a little more, and it's a good product.
