The product was used only once and the next day it stopped working. I tried to get a refund, explaining the situation and sending photos since the videos couldn't be uploaded, but they rejected my refund. The seller did not respond, and the worst part is that their app asks for videos but they cannot be uploaded. Additionally, the material is not very good, and the only time I used it was when it gave off a light, which was nothing like what I expected it to work like, and the next day it stopped working, and I lost my money. This product is a scam, I do NOT recommend it at all.
The device works, but we have to wait for the effects. We'll see after 14 days whether the hair starts to disappear as advertised. If not, I will return the device. The lack of hair growth even at the highest level is bothering me. I don't know if the device is working as it should. On the plus side, it's small and handy. For now, at this price, I recommend this product for testing.

It doesn't hurt even at the highest speed and it doesn't smell like burnt chicken as I read in some reviews. I tried it just yesterday, we'll see if it works.
Don't buy it, it doesn't work, it's terrible and comes without instructions. A piece of junk.

I asked for a refund and in the end I took a 5 euro voucher if I didn't have to return it. It turned on but didn't work; it was damaged because the box was badly dented. I opened it and found that the laser button was out of place inside. I put it back in place and it worked fine in the end.
Used once and the suggestion is 2 to 3 time usage. will update after a few more usages
