I have configured with Home Assistant, works like a charm. Via LAN. Initially had some issues with getting a USB-converter to connect (FT232) to ESPHome in Home Assistant, but then changed to another (likely CH340-based).
Remember to connect IO0 on the board to ground. I also needed to connect NRST on the board to RST on my USB-converter.

The product arrived in the established times and without damage, with device webserver all very well, good product. I have only had problems communicating through the Modbus Poll software, no matter how hard I try I cannot map your addresses. Has anyone done it?

Excellent relay. It turned out to make friends with Alice by MQTT through wqtt_ru. Relays are controlled by voice. The Alisa's reaction to the input signals has not yet been obtained. I use for voice control of the gate.
