The camera is super, I order more than once. The quality suits me completely. Works with the program on the phone without problems, the motion sensor, lighting and alarm work great. Shipped quickly, new post 10 days. The only thing I didn't like was that there was a crack on the glass that covers the diodes (last photo). I saw no reason to return the camera, I opened a dispute that I would return a couple of dollars for a marriage (since the box was intact, the Mail could not damage it), this was clearly sent. Plus I threw them a video where I just open the package (taught by bitter experience, now I shoot everything on video). They refused, they say not enough information, and in general I could damage it. Then a letter came to the Mail that your account will be blocked if you continue to open a dispute. Keep in mind, if the goods have arrived defective or with defects, then be silent in a rag, otherwise the ban. I have been buying for 10 years on the site, everything could always be solved mutually, this is the first time this is.
