At low temperatures, tried in the garage, below plus 7 degrees, false alarms detected, possibly responding to ghosts! Almost all sensors have both infrared and radio, all have false alarms. And their nature cannot be understood and eliminated. In general, the amateur system for increasing comfort has the right to life.

I wanted this to pair with Sonoff USB dongle and use within Home assistant (ZHA) but unfortunately ZHA does not know this exact model. There are lot of hacks but none of them worked. I will try more. One thing - do not buy Zigbee variant as it is really aggressive and polluting the Zigbee wavelength each time something moves.

There are already 3 such sensors in the house. Before everything was done on PIR sensors from so off, now I am switching to these. Work both in light and in presence. Can be configured to not react to the cat. Do not need to change batteries. But there is also a minus: my light periodically disappears and because of this, the Internet flies. After restoring the Internet in the ZigBee Gateway, the sensor may not be found. You have to turn off/turn on the power of the sensors.
There are also Presence Sensor conflicts with PIR sensor. For example, if you make a condition that the light turn on when the conditions are met, the light level from the presence sensor plus movement from the PIR (turn on when both conditions are met), the light will turn on when the light threshold is reached, ignoring the movement condition

Unfortunately, I have overlooked that this sensor does not have its own output. So he can't switch directly. At the moment I let a routine switch a socket in HA and games around with the settings. However, I can't manage that he sees me permanently sitting on the PC. The light goes out again and again, games still with the sensor values such as sensitivity, etc....
So better as a motion detector, but not yet perfect. Have one run on the trial pegboard with ESP32, which reacts better.
