The size 60 military helmet doesn't fit someone who wears size XL 58. It's quite painful at first because it presses on the top of the ears, but after pulling it up a few times with both hands, it becomes usable. It seems to be about size M for a motorcycle helmet.

The helmet is superb and was delivered perfectly, but the size XL ES5 is too small and hurts on the temples (my European size is 59/60). I am returning it to get a larger one.
