Customer service very kind, confirmed me twice (!!) My doubts and skepticism: price didn't quite match the ability to fine tune to third decimal digit below 10v.
It is!! 0.001v to 9.999, then 10.00 to -> 60.99 -> 61.00
8mv error at low voltage under minimal load (really!?! Very likely my cables already introduce that error!) Up to 36mv to the 9v mark.
Oscilloscope at hand, ac/dc coupling under load 3a holds well within 0.76vpp.
To my amateur needs, it far exceeds the precision i was after and i couldn't stand but spend some time on these test and reward them with my appreciation.
Love bang for the bucks, this certainly is a great upgrade in my shack.
