At first i thought it was ass but once i fixed everything that needed fixing in it which wasn’t much but there’s a few things that i needed to align amongst other small things, but besides all that the printer is amazing for the price i got it for $230 was well worth it shipping was fast. i am extremely satisfied with the product thank you very much.

Very good printer comes with all the pieces necessary even a small amount of filament to use however some screws to attach the filament holders didn’t fit very well they were too small luckily i had screws that did fit 9/10 printer.

The box arrived a bit damaged; there is a dent on one side that broke the box, so they need to handle shipments of this type of merchandise more carefully since they are very delicate products.

Great fast shipping item received in new condition and in working order as for what you get for warranty that i don’t know just yet if you have a chance to pick this up do it you will not be disappointed. only thing to give you a fyi on is to bind it to your account i had a lot of issues hard to find the correct app and it doesn’t tell you the ad5x will not bind until you do all firmware updates on the printer itself i spent a lot of time on this part trying to figure out what the issue was. so when it tells you scan the qrcode skip that part and do all updates on the printer then go back to the qrcode

My ad5x printer came but i could not use it at first due to flash forge packaging my machine with a nozzle that had a piece of blue filament on the inside. i tried to melt/push it out with the provided tool but the nozzle was clearly to gunked up to print anything. i contacted flash forge, and informed them of the issue. they sent me two 0.4 nozzles as an apology. i'll give flash forge 5 stars for service, but i was just a tiny bit disappointed in not being able to start printing right away upon the the printers delivery.
