Engineered for immediate posture correction during active recovery, this thermal-support layer stabilizes your core while you lift, walk, or manage daily physical demands.
This garment operates as a focused postpartum back support and a functional body shaping workout vest. Built for new mothers, postpartum individuals, and gym enthusiasts rebuilding abdominal engagement, it combines gentle thoracic compression with open chest design to accommodate nursing needs without sacrificing alignment.
Wearers actively reduce lower back fatigue and maintain proper spine positioning throughout cardio routines and strength sessions. The adjustable tension system continuously flattens the midsection, encouraging consistent abdominal bracing that naturally improves standing posture and extends comfortable wear time.
Purchase based on your current measurement, then dial in the exact compression level using the multi-row hooks. Visit OurLum.com or review Waist Trainer Vest for Moms Back Support buying guide alongside Waist Trainer Vest for Moms Back Support buying guide to verify sizing guidance before checkout.
