Authentic product came in original box undamaged. However, box never had seal or wrap i guess this is how xtools sells their product but i'm not 100% sure...
Paired instantly with the iphone and was able to activate it within a minute. Did a full scan after updating the software and boom i got 3 codes which i already know that i'm already having issues with. Accurate details. There are more features but i haven't got time to try them out hopefully everything will function smoothly.

Recognizing Japanese cars without VIN codes can be a bit of a hassle.

I bought the Xtool A30M OBD2 scanner and the truth is that it exceeded all my expectations. I tested it on my Argentine Fiat Cronos and it works excellent.
It's very quick to connect, the interface is intuitive, and it has an impressive number of special functions: it reads and clears engine, airbag, ABS, transmission codes, and accesses many vehicle systems that other more expensive scanners don't even detect.
What I liked the most are the special functions such as service reset, EGR valve calibration, actuator testing, basic coding, and component adaptation. Everything works perfectly on the Fiat Cronos.
The build quality is very good, the screen is clear, and updating via WiFi is super easy.
