Engineered for immediate window security, the Child Safety Sliding Door Lock prevents accidental sash movement while preserving airflow and natural light for your home.
The Child Safety Sliding Door Lock delivers dependable restraint without altering existing window tracks or compromising your home's aesthetic finish.
Unlike bulky bolt locks that require precise drilling, this model uses a clean surface-mount U-latch that grips firmly yet releases smoothly. The precision-molded 24x60mm housing fits standard aluminum, vinyl, and wooden sliding profiles without forcing, while the right-pull design aligns with left-hinged sash configurations common in modern residential frames.
Q: Does this work on all window types?
A: It secures standard sliding sashes up to 60mm track thickness. Check your rail depth before installation.
Q: Will it damage my window frame?
A> No. The smooth housing rests flat against glass or frame edges with adhesive backing that removes cleanly.
Q: Can children override the latch?
A: The U-shape lock requires deliberate upward pressure plus a right-pull motion, which exceeds typical toddler dexterity.
Q: How long does the adhesive last?
A: Properly applied to clean, dry surfaces, the bond lasts years without degradation.
Q: Is replacement available if lost?
A: Individual units sell separately. Reapply the original tape to maintain uniform alignment.

Very practical for blocking the opening of the window. Perfect for windows where there are children.
Exactly as described and serves its purpose well.
I think I bought it at a reasonable price.
It looks sturdy and holds well, but the hex wrench is not in the shape of a memory stick, so it's difficult to tighten it between the window frames.
Very, very good. Highly recommended. Very, very good. Highly recommended. Very, very good. Highly recommended. Very, very good. Highly recommended. Very, very good. Highly recommended.
I previously bought one and used it, and it seemed to be really well-secured, so I repurchased it.
Good
I tried applying it to the balcony door of my apartment, and while it's not suitable for turning with a key, I tried turning it by hand and fixing it in place, and it stopped at a certain point, so it's somewhat useful.
Thank you to the seller for the punctual delivery on the indicated date.
