250lb it's a bit too much for a normal dude in the gym i'll advice to start with 150-200lb cuz 250lb feels like an achievement no cap i can't even close it with 2 hands

I compared it with the tension machine I have, and it's relatively accurate. 200 pounds.

The spring is good, the grip is not bad but it would be better if it were a bit more ergonomic. The force (150ibr) is right for me. But I recommend starting as a beginner with a lighter weight. The thickness of the spring is about 6mm so you can compare it with the one you have at home to help you decide on the purchase.
