I haven’t had a chance to actually try the ring yet because it doesn’t fit. i followed the size guide exactly and the ring is way too big. the hard part is that i don’t know what size to exchange it for, i’ll literally have to just guess. it looks like i should be maybe 2 sizes smaller when i try and work it all out. i’ve asked the seller for a correct size guide so hopefully they will reply. the actual ring looks nice though. it’s very lightweight and i was so excited to use it

So, based on the reviews, I thought the accuracy of the information would be better. But for example, today I woke up and it showed that I slept for 7 hours and a little bit. I stayed in bed for a few minutes and looked at the app again after a while, and it had increased my sleep time from 7 hours to 8 hours and a little bit. In other words, the minutes I spent lying in bed on my phone were identified as sleep time. Another thing I noticed is that I woke up already having recorded 200 or so steps hahaha so his step tracking isn't good either.
In short, I enjoyed the experience of having a ring instead of a watch, but in the future I will invest in the Amazfit Helio, which has better accuracy.

Pleasantly surprised that this device is almost as good as apple watch 6 that i have. since apple doesn’t want to replace battery and asks us to buy a new watch every time, decided to try this r09 smart ring after seeing many people buying this and giving good reviews. i tried a fitness band recently but it didn’t work well as it was giving too many steps even though i walked less. this r09 smart rings is able to measure steps, hr, spo2, hrv & stress at regular intervals and the data more or less agrees with apple watch. sleep measurement is also as good as apple watch 👍🏼 hope the battery life last long. overall, a good buy and recommended.
