It works great. Make sure you let it sit upright and unplugged out of the box for a minimum of 24 hours. I let it sit mine upright and unplugged for 2 days!

At 72f, and 70% humidity, the unit was able to pull 3 tanks full of water in 20 hours. It's been running 35 hours non stop.
Mold starts growing on the drywall at 65% humidity at 70f.

Aliexpress is the only place you can get dehumidifiers for super low price.

Important: the unit pulls more water on low speed when the room temperature is above 70f. Maybe the high speed is good for lower temperatures and to prevent frozen coils.

For being 40% cheaper than what i could find on amazon this is a very good unit. it arrived quickly with no damage and the manual and filter taped to the unit so it's impossible to miss. very quite as 90% of the sound is from the fan and the compressor is barely audible at all. a few complaints i have is that it beeps rather loudly every time you push a button, the drain hose is wrapped up in the storage tank and so twisty it was a real pain to get it to gravity drain properly although now that it's set up it works fantastically.
