Easy to use, very good product, but you need to purchase some of the features.
The scanner is just like a regular OBD2, it's not worth it. I have a 2015 Celta and it doesn't work. Anyone thinking of losing money should just buy this equipment; it costs 500 dollars to add the functions to the scanner, and it practically comes with nothing. There are only 5 functions for the device; it's really just a regular OBD2.

It does not fulfill what it promises, it does not reset the VW without a second "scanner," I couldn't do anything on my Hyundai Azera except read and clear fault codes, for that there are much cheaper scanners. I bought it specifically for the reset functions, and I couldn't even do a single reset, everything gives an error.
