Q1: Do I get one unit or a pair?
A1: One ankle massager per order. It fits both the left and the right foot, so you can switch sides anytime. Add 2 to your cart if you want a pair.

Q2: Will it fit my ankle if I have a wider leg?
A2: The neoprene wrap is highly elastic with an adjustable hook-and-loop strap, so it fits most adult ankles. Please check the size chart in image 6 before ordering.

Q3: How warm does it actually get?
A3: Three preset levels: 40°C, 50°C and 60°C. An NTC sensor keeps the temperature steady, and the app lets you fine-tune it by 1°C between 35°C and 65°C.

Q4: How long does one charge last?
A4: About 7 hours 15 minutes at 40°C with vibration level 1, and about 3 hours 5 minutes at 60°C with level 3. Full charge takes around 2 hours.

Q5: Can I use it while it is charging?
A5: Yes. It supports charging and working at the same time with a 5V 2A adapter. The light stays red while charging and turns green when full.

Q6: Does it work without the app?
A6: Yes. All heat and vibration levels can be set with the physical buttons. The app is optional and adds 1°C tuning, °C/°F switching and a 10-60 minute timer.

Q7: Can I walk around while wearing it?
A7: You can walk gently with it wrapped on the ankle, but never stand or walk on it when using it under the sole. Please sit or lie down for foot-sole use.

Q8: Is it noisy?
A8: The motor runs quietly, so you can use it while working, reading or watching TV without disturbing others.

Q9: Will it switch off by itself if I fall asleep?
A9: Yes. It shuts down automatically after 20 minutes by default, and you can set 10 to 60 minutes in the app.

Q10: Can the fabric be cleaned?
A10: Wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth and let it air dry. Do not machine wash and do not soak the unit in water.
