A: The warranty is 3 years for our goods, if you have any quality question, we promise 3 years warranty (supply the relative spare parts by free).

A: We have CE, ROHS, FCC certificates and FDA for many items, and we have UL, KC certificate for spare parts, like power cord, PCB, motors etc.

Q: How about the return policy?
A: We promise that the goods is high quality and it's working when it's sending to buyers, because we have two QC staffs to inspect each unit, you don't worry about the goods quality. If you just don't like the goods, you can return it to us within 30 days (when you received this unit), but the shipping charges (including send and receive) will apply to be the responsibility of the Buyer.

Q: About the custom duty or import tax:
A: We are not responsible for custom duty or import tax of some countries,which countries you can check and ask us first.
