Beautiful! Exactly like described. It is a screw on flatback post, not click on. The flatback post is 8 mm long and 18G gauge. If you want a shorter post, you can always buy a replacement one separately to change the size. The flatback is heart shape so you can wear it as a heart stud too. Putting it on is not too hard, but easier if someone helps you put it on just easier to see the screw and tightening it. I got the gem colour 4 one. Comfortable to wear with no issues. I like how the CZ is so shiny.
