The 'opening 180 degrees refers to the laptop compartment not the main one. The shoulder straps could have had an added card pocket (clearly not in specifications - so not an issue really) and could also have had a chest strap for tightening around one's chest. (clearly not in specifications - so not an issue really)

The backpack looks very high quality. The first impressions after receiving are very good. Let's see how practical it turns out to be in use)
