As described, its packaging was normal, it was not shockproof, but it arrived to me intact. It was delivered through Express and two pieces were delayed, and their communication was poor.

Creo que esta base fue una gran mejora en comparación con la Base 2, ya que mis cámaras estaban un poco lejos y una de ellas tenía la señal muy débil. Al hacer el cambio a la Base 3, la señal está al máximo en ambas cámaras. Lo que también me gustó es que se puede ampliar el espacio y que tiene algunas mejoras en la detección de movimiento.

Lo negativo que veo es que en la caja dice que incluye 16 GB, pero el dispositivo únicamente cuenta con 10 GB. A comparación de la Base 2, que tenía 14 GB de los 16 GB que prometía, ya se nota una diferencia.

En cuanto al envío, llegó bastante rápido y bien protegido. Otra cosa que me preocupaba un poco era que me cobraran un extra por impuestos o algo así, ya que había visto que a algunos compradores en México les cobraban al comprar en Eufy. Sin embargo, afortunadamente, solo pagué el costo del producto.

Sin duda, son productos de muy buena calidad, y si pueden permitirse comprar una cámara, recomendaría que fuera de esta marca.

Fast delivery. I have not installed it yet but my experience with eufy security products has been very good.

Just received & yet to unbox. Hope it works as described. Although there’s an issue with the add on hard disc I ordered (it’s not a 2.5 inch SATA); already engaged the other seller to agree to a replacement.

purchased as an upgrade to previous version HomeBase 2 after the last one ran into repetitive rest however anker support failed to assist. so far works fluently providing more built in AI capabilities like face detection yet without any subscription required. overall satisfied with the quality. recommended
