Arrived late but i suspect that is due to chinese new years celebrations. Thin fabric, you can almost see through it. Stretchy and sleek fabric with what looks to be cotton cord. They'd probably make good shorts to wear over a swimsuit or for loungewear.

I bought them for my meowscarada plush and they were too just a bit too small at a size medium. Definitely order one or two sizes larger than you expect if you're thinking in european or american sizes. Looks great though! 😸
